By purchasing a ticket and/or attending any event organized by Cali Link Up, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
1.1. You acknowledge that calisthenics and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strain, falls, and other health-related issues.
1.2. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in our events.
1.3. You agree to release and hold harmless Cali Link Up, its directors, employees, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, and venue partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
2. Health & Safety
2.1. You confirm that you are in good health and physically able to participate in the event. If you have any medical conditions, you must consult a healthcare professional before attending.
2.2. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by event organizers, coaches, and staff.
2.3. If you experience any discomfort, pain, or injury during the event, you must stop participation and inform a staff member immediately.
2.4. We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove individuals who pose a risk to themselves or others.
3. Ticketing & Refunds
3.1. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us.
3.2. If you cannot attend, ticket transfers may be permitted upon request at least 7 days before the event.
3.3. If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
4. Event Rules & Conduct
4.1. You must respect fellow participants, staff, and the venue at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
4.2. No alcohol, drugs, or banned substances are permitted at our events.
4.3. You must use equipment safely and as instructed. Any intentional misuse may result in removal from the event.
5. Photography & Media
5.1. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. We may use event media for promotional and commercial purposes.
5.2. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please inform us in writing before the event.
6. Personal Belongings
6.1. You are responsible for your own belongings. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
7. Event Changes & Cancellation
7.1. We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to venue issues, extreme weather, or safety concerns.
7.2. In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be entitled to a full refund.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
